France remains in eleventh place in the medal table, still dominated by Germany (9 medals including 6 gold).
Norway (12 medals including 5 gold) and Austria (13 medals including 4 gold) complete the podium.
Johannes Strolz became Olympic Combined Champion.
The Austrian, who almost ended his career a few months ago, won gold 34 years after his father.
Hubert Strolz was crowned on the combined in 1988, in Calgary.
