The Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, won his first personal award after returning to his English club, Liverpool, after his mission with the Egyptian national team ended and he finished second in the African Cup of Nations after losing to Senegal in the final match, where the club announced that Salah won the award for the best goal with Liverpool for January.

And the official account of Liverpool club on Twitter announced that Salah’s goal against Chelsea had won the club’s most beautiful goal for the month of January, after he outperformed many of the goals that were nominated, as the account published a video of a number of goals that were nominated and wrote at the top of the video: "The goals nominated for the best of the month are always great, but the Egyptian King Mohamed Salah's great skill in finishing won the goal of the month award deservedly."

Mohamed Salah attended the training of the Liverpool team only two days after the Egyptian team lost against Senegal in the final match of the African Nations Cup.
