Camping for professional baseball and Yakult in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture is the third day of the second course.

With the same sidearm as Shingo Takatsu, pitcher Yuma Oshita, who is also a junior in elementary and junior high school, is practicing with the aim of learning the director's pronoun, sinker.

Pitcher Oshita in the fifth year is a relief pitcher from Hiroshima City, graduated from the same elementary school and junior high school as Director Takatsu, and is also a junior at Asia University.

He turned to sidearm from the middle of last season, pitched in 30 games while straddling innings, with 1 win and 1 hold, no black star, and an ERA of 3.72.

This season, with the aim of further increasing his participation opportunities, he is aiming to acquire a sinker known as a synonym for Takatsu, who was the same sidearm during his active career.

In the morning, pitcher Oshita practiced pitching with a bullpen and threw 109 pitches in total with several sinkers against the sitting catcher.

In the afternoon, pitcher Oshita appeared on an unpopular bullpen with a bullpen catcher, and for about 30 minutes, he was playing catch with just the sinker throwing while checking the grip of the ball.

At this camp, pitcher Oshita is also directly instructed by sinker from coach Takatsu, who says, "I am one of the players in an important position related to victory and defeat. I would like to cooperate if I can help."

Pitcher Oshita said, "I wanted one slow ball and wanted to remember the sinker. I feel that the throwing method is still stiff. I want to improve little by little and survive in one army." rice field.
