Urgent.. Negative smear from Al-Ahly coach, Musimani, an hour before the match against Monterrey

The Egyptian Al-Ahly club announced the negative smear of its South African coach, Pitso Mosimane, after he was infected with the Corona virus during the past days.

Al-Ahly is preparing to face Monterrey, Mexico, this evening at Al Nahyan Stadium, as part of the FIFA Club World Cup “UAE 2021”, and the match will start at 8:30 pm UAE time (6:30 Egypt time).

Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, the club’s first football team doctor, said that coach Musimani’s first and second sample that he performed turned negative to recover from the Corona virus.

According to the official website of Al-Ahly Club, the management of the team’s mission in Abu Dhabi addressed the organizing committee of the Club World Cup to confirm the result of the coach’s second medical smear and to clarify his position on the team’s leadership in today’s match from the stadium.
