Egypt guard Abu Jabal .. From Cairo airport to the house of Mortada Mansour!

Media reports in Egypt confirmed that the Zamalek club administration is waiting for its international goalkeeper, Mohamed Abu Gabal, at Cairo airport upon his return from Cameroon after the final match of the African Nations Championship against Senegal, in order to take him to the house of club president Mortada Mansour to extend his contract, which expires at the end of the current season.

On Sport channel said that Zamalek officials are in a state of great concern about the future of their guard, in light of the news confirming that more than one Saudi club tempted Abu Jabal with money to sign for them.

The channel added: "Zamalek is now ready to meet the goalkeeper's requests more than ever after his remarkable brilliance in the African Championship and his success in reaching the Pharaohs to the final of the African Nations."

The Zamalek administration had refused to meet Muhammad Abu Jabal’s financial demands to extend his contract, as the goalkeeper asked to be equal to his colleague Muhammad Awad, who receives 15 million pounds per season.

Abu Jabal starred remarkably in the African Championship, as he excelled in the matches he participated in against Ivory Coast, Morocco and Cameroon, and was one of the distinguishing marks in the penalty shootout during the first and third matches.
