Anas Jaber.. Appointed for the title of the next edition of "Dubai Tennis"

The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships revealed that Tunisian Anas Jaber is ready to participate in its competitions, as she is the most prominent candidate to win the title, given her continuous success in various world championships.

Ons participated in this tournament for the first time in 2012, ranking only 1169;

While its ranking this year reached the seventh rank in the world, after achieving many achievements that made it a symbol in the world of Arab sports and a significant opponent in any tournament in which it participates.

Anas showed promising talents at an early age, reaching the final of the Junior Grand Slam tournament at the French Open in 2010, and again in 2011 when she won the title to become the first Arab player to win a singles junior tennis tournament since Ismail Al Shafei won the Wimbledon Championship for the youth category. In 1964, Anas moved from the junior category to the main round, and drew attention to her after participating in the first Grand Slam final in Moscow in 2018, to receive the award for the best Arab woman of the year in the field of sports in 2019.

The year 2020 marked the actual starting point for Ons, as she starred in the Australian Open to become the first Arab woman to qualify for the quarter-finals in a Grand Slam event by defeating Caroline Wozniacki, the former world number one, who announced her retirement after this loss.
