Skating star Nils van der Poel is one of the big Swedish gold jumpers at the Olympics in Beijing.
In his preparations for the championship, he has, among other things, received help from the previously profiled coach Wolfgang Pichler, who is now a talent developer at SOK.

His whole life revolves around training, says Pichler in SVT's new documentary about van der Poel.
"May keep some distance"
But soon it will be time for van der Poel to distance himself from Pichler, according to SVT expert Helena Ekholm.
The former biathlon star, who was trained by Pichler, says the following in the Winter Studio:
- I hope he (van der Poel) takes some distance from Pichler just before the Olympics.
It is not really the same thing now, as when Wolfgang was in our team, but you want to avoid him before the championships.
He gets so nervous, Ekholm smiles.
