(北京冬奥会)北京冬奥闭环内火炬传递距离共5.1公里 火炬手传递时可不佩戴口罩
中新社北京1月28日电 (记者 郭超凯)“闭环内火炬接力”主题媒体吹风会28日下午在北京冬奥会主媒体中心举行。记者从会上获悉，冬奥闭环内火炬传递的距离共计5.1公里，平均每棒火炬手传递距离约110米，火炬手在传递火炬时可不佩戴口罩。
北京冬奥会火炬传递将于2月2日至2月4日，在北京、延庆、张家口三个赛区进行，包括11个闭环外的封闭传递区域，和1个闭环内的独立传递区域。其中北京赛区共设4个传递区域，延庆赛区共设2个传递区域，张家口赛区共设5个传递区域。
这次北京冬奥会将有约1200名火炬手，他们来自各行各业，大多在本系统、本领域取得杰出成绩或作出突出贡献，具有相当的代表性和先进性。其中既有全国各级先进模范代表，也有科、教、文、卫等各界先进代表和知名人士，大部分是扎根生产和工作一线、作出突出贡献的“不平凡的普通人”。这其中，年龄最大的86岁、最小的14岁，获得省部级以上荣誉的占53%，生产和工作一线代表占57%。火炬手中，还有来自20多个国家和地区的国际友人。
外界对冬奥闭环内的火炬传递颇为关注。对此，北京冬奥组委对外联络部副部长万学军28日在媒体吹风会上表示，2月4日10时30分在闭环条件下进行的火炬传递活动，将在北京奥林匹克森林公园南园如期举行。闭环内传递的距离共计5.1公里，平均每棒火炬手传递距离约110米。整体传递路线是从奥林匹克森林公园南园南门出发，按逆时针方向，经奥林匹克森林公园南园东门、北门，最后到奥林匹克宣言广场处收火。火炬将在返回集结点后，由专业人员拆除燃料系统后交给火炬手本人留作纪念。

"In response to the torch relay's slogan of 'Health, Joy, Vitality', we advocate that all torchbearers wear N95/KN95 medical masks scientifically at all times, except for not wearing masks during the relay, and abide by scientific social distancing and delivery. Complete closed-loop epidemic prevention policies such as handwashing and disinfection." Yang Haibin said.
