Even before Christmas, the semi-final between Sävehof and Kristianstad in the Swedish Cup would have been played.

But covidfall put an end to the double meeting - which was postponed and turned into a single meeting.

After that, the clubs had a hard time agreeing on a new playing date.

- We suggest several different dates and solutions in January, but they do not want to play then because they have a coach away.

We have to play ready before the first week in February because then the finals are played, but they just say no, no, no to everything, Sävehof's club director Stefan Albrechtson told GP.

Kristianstad responded by dismissing the criticism.

On Thursday, the match was finally played.

It became one-sided.

Sävehof won 33-23 and is thus ready for the final in the cup.

Lugi is waiting there.

The final will be played on Wednesday 2 February and will be broadcast on SVT.
