Kei Nishikori, a tennis player, announced that he had had a hip surgery that had been injured, and will concentrate on training with the aim of returning in half a year.

This was revealed by Nishikori on his SNS on the 25th.

According to it, Nishikori has been unable to play due to pain in his left hip since he participated in the Masters Tournament, which has a rating following the four major tournaments held in the United States last October.

After trying various rehabilitations, he didn't get better, so he consulted with the team and had endoscopic surgery this week.

He added, "We will continue to carry out rigorous training with the goal of returning in six months. We are also looking forward to seeing our fans."

Nishikori missed the Australian Open, the four major tennis tournaments currently being held due to injury.
