Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, President of the Emirates Football Association, called on the players of the national team to focus on the match that Al-Abyad is playing against his Syrian brother, stressing that the positive result enhances the team’s chances of qualifying for the World Cup, reiterating his confidence in the current elements that represent Al-Abyad.

This came during his meeting with players and members of the technical and administrative staff of the national team today, Tuesday, and said: "Al-Abyad includes talented elements who deserve appreciation, and that young people add strength and vitality to the team's performance."

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed that the Football Association puts all its capabilities at the service of the national teams, and provides continuous support in order to achieve development that restores the Emirati football, its glamor and luster, and makes its presence strong in the global football arena.

The President of the Federation praised the players’ giving in the training and their commitment to the approach set by the technical staff, thanking everyone for the work, discipline and care, stressing that the players are up to the responsibility, and that each element in the White Brigade understands its responsibilities and works sincerely to achieve positive results.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi praised the role of the Emirati football fans in supporting the team, saying: "The audience is the most important motivator for the players.
