Paris Saint-Germain celebrated the Chinese New Year in a special way, by printing the names of its players on the club's shirts in Chinese characters, in the team's match against Stade Reims in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.

Today, Monday, the official account of Saint-Germain on Twitter published pictures of club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi receiving the Chinese ambassador to France, and gifting him a Messi shirt.

The celebration of the Chinese New Year is the most important celebration in China, and it coincides with the beginning of the first lunar month in the Chinese year, and is usually celebrated between the end of January until mid-February.
