【解说】16年间，琼中女足从默默无闻发展到国内外赛场屡获佳绩、获奖无数，培养出国家一级运动员97人、国家级运动健将2人，数百位琼中女孩因足球走出大山、走进大学、奔向国际赛场，改变命运。谷山认为琼中女足的使命是“体教融合”，不仅教会孩子们技术，还在育人。

【解说】作为政协委员，谷山一直为海南青少年体育发展、体教融合鼓与呼，今年带来关于做大做强琼中女足品牌人才工作的提案。琼中女足成功冲甲、做大做强琼中女足，也写进了今年的海南省政府工作报告。谷山表示，琼中女足在逆境中的坚持奋斗，正契合了海南自贸港建设敢闯、敢试的拼搏精神。
谷山表示，冲甲成功，对琼中女足仅仅是个开始。
