Al Hilal Sudan signs ex-Lionel Messi teammate
Al Hilal Sudanese club announced the signing of the former Barcelona defender, Senegalese Diagne.
Sudanese media reported that Al Hilal confirmed in his statement that the deal is for three years, as part of the team's preparations for the African Champions League competitions, where it plays in one group with Al-Ahly of Egypt and the traditional rival Al-Merreikh of Sudan.
Diagne did not get a great opportunity with Barcelona, as most of his participations were limited to the Barcelona reserve team, and he was famous for scoring one of the goals of the Catalan team during the participation in the Spanish King's Cup in the 2015 season. He appeared in some matches with the Barcelona first team, which at the time included the best players on the world level, led by Argentine Lionel Messi.
