The signing of the "Memorandum of Cooperation" fully demonstrated the "zero tolerance" attitude of the Chinese government and the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee towards doping.
It is hoped that all parties will strengthen cooperation on the basis of this memorandum, form an effective information exchange and communication mechanism, and jointly hold a Winter Olympics as pure and clean as ice and snow.
