Just in time for the first final meeting, Skuru's captain Daniela de Jong was back from injury.

Then she accounted for six goals - when the final was decided, the 23-year-old's goal show continued.

Skuru, who connected an iron grip on the double meeting last week, had to start the match with a two-ball deficit when the home team Skara used their shoot-outs before return.

Despite that, the reigning champion was quickly back in the goal record, and at half time they led 20-17.

A big contributing factor to the turnaround was Daniela de Jong who accounted for nine hits in the first half.

"Had too much pain"

While Skara did not succeed in the adjustment game, Skuru and de Jong continued to use their game advantage.

Tonight's match ended 35-33 and in total they won the final with eight balls.

After the cup gold, de Jong was restrained with his own efforts.

- First half, absolutely - in the second half I was in too much pain to be able to play well.

There is no danger, but you are in pain, says the eleven-goal shooter de Jong.

Thus, Skuru has secured a European place and SEK 100,000 in prize money.
