Yanagita and others had been training independently in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture, but according to Softbank, some athletes complained of fever and other symptoms on the 15th.



In response to this, a total of 12 athletes and staff members who participated in the voluntary training on the 16th underwent a PCR test, and all 6 athletes and 2 staff members were confirmed to be infected.
