The M Sport team relied on the purple and blue colors in the livery of its new car, in addition to the presence of the Red Bull logo, the energy drinks giant.

The Ford Puma Rally1 has been equipped, in accordance with the new technical regulations of the World Rally Championship, with a hybrid power unit, consisting of a 1.6-liter combustion fuel engine enhanced by a turbocharger, combined with an electric motor, which together produce 500 horsepower.

It has also become possible for drivers, according to the new technologies, to obtain an additional boost of horsepower during rally driving, by recovering the braking energy that provides the generation of 30 kilojoules.

It is noteworthy that the M Sport team chose to harness the majority of its resources last season, in cooperation with Ford, to develop its car for the 2022 season, and former Hyundai driver Craig Breen was contracted to drive for the team this year, accompanied by Gus Greensmith. And Adrien Formou, and a fourth car will be available at the opening round in Monte Carlo next weekend, will be driven by the next nine-time world champion, French Sebastien Loeb, a few days ago from his runner-up in this year's edition of the famous Dakar Rally.
