It has been decided that Hirokazu Ibata, who played in professional baseball and Chunichi as the coach of the Japanese national baseball team under the age of 12, and who served as the coach of the Japanese national baseball team at the Tokyo Olympics and contributed to winning the gold medal, will be appointed.

Mr. Ibata is 46 years old.

During his active career, he played for Chunichi and Giants as a master of shorts, and after retiring he served as a coach for the Giants and as a coach for the Japanese national team from 2017. Contributed to winning the gold medal.



The Japanese national team under the age of 12 under the direction of Mr. Ibata will participate in the international tournament scheduled to be held in Taiwan in August.
