The Egyptian Olympic Committee approves the victory of Al-Amri Farouk as Al-Ahly Vice President

Today, Sunday, the Egyptian Olympic Committee approved the victory of Al-Amri Farouk for the position of Vice-Chairman of the Al-Ahly Club Board of Directors.

The Egyptian Olympic Committee stated in an official statement today, Sunday, that after reviewing the constitution and laws and the memorandum issued by the head of the Judicial Committee supervising the elections for the board of directors of the Al-Ahly Sports Club and the grievance submitted by the club’s chairman against the decision to announce the election result, the victory of Al-Amiri Farouk Muhammad was approved. Abdul Hamid Al-Amiri, for the vice-presidential seat by acclamation, for obtaining more than 25% of the number of valid votes.

He added that with this result, Al-Ahly’s board of directors will be formed in the 2021-2025 electoral cycle, with Mahmoud Al-Khatib as the president, Al-Amri Farouk as the vice president, and Khaled Murtaji in the fund’s secretariat, and with over-aged members, Muhammad Al-Damati, Hussam Ghaly, Muhammad Siraj Al-Din, Tariq Qandil, Muhammad Al-Ghazawi, Muhammad Shawqi and Muhannad Magdy And two members under the age of Mohammed Al-Jarhi and Mai Atef.
