Lee Sang-ho, nicknamed 'Chinese cabbage boy' who started snowboarding in his hometown of Jeongseon, Gangwon-do as a child, became the first medalist in Korean snowboarding history with a silver medal at the Pyeongchang Olympics.

However, two years ago, he was on the operating table due to a shoulder injury, and he spent over a year in rehabilitation.

[Lee Sang-ho / Snowboarding national team: Really, really, really, really hard. It was really hard to make the angle so I could use (shoulder) again. I made a tearful effort.]

After a lot of hard work, Lee Sang-ho, who hastened his comeback, flew splendidly, winning his first gold medal and two silver medals at the two World Cups in December last year.

The condition is excellent enough to lead a reverse play even after falling down.

[Lee Sang-ho / Snowboarding national team: You haven't been to first place on a huge stage yet. Even at the Olympics, I didn't cry when I won a medal, but at that time, I was really moved.]

Lee Sang-ho, who had actually secured an Olympic ticket while running first in the World Cup ranking, is making strides toward the top of Beijing.

[Lee Sang-ho / Snowboarding National Team: Happy New Year 2022. Please support that cabbage boy Lee Sang-ho as well.]
