Professional baseball and giants have agreed to sign a contract for next season with Gregory Polanco, who plays in Major League Baseball Pirates and has a total of 96 home runs and extra-base hits.

Polanco is 30 years old from the Dominican Republic.

A left-handed left-handed outfielder with long hitting ability and speed, he made his major league debut with the Pirates in 2014, and has since marked more than 20 home runs twice in the season.

Last season, he played in 107 games with a batting average of 20% and 8 home runs, 11 home runs, 36 RBIs, and 14 stolen bases.

In the major leagues, he has participated in 823 games with a batting average of 20%, 4 minutes, 1 home run, 96 home runs, and 98 stolen bases.

The annual salary is estimated to be 250 million yen for a one-year contract, and the number has been decided to be "23".

The giant had a bad hit at the end of last season and missed his third straight league title, so strengthening the hit was one of the reinforcement points.

Polanco commented, "I'm very excited to join the team. I've heard that the enthusiastic Giants fans are very good. Let's show the best performance and win together."
