A video clip spread on sports and social media sites of a girl who was in the English Premier League stands, specifically in the Tottenham match against Watford, when she waved at the South Korean player Son Heung, before the match, and the player answered her call to show her amazing joy with her family.
The clip of the video circulating and published by the (ESPN) sports account shows the little girl calling for the player Son Hyung, more than once until the player heard her call during the warm-up process and waved to her to show the child’s happiness and smiles in a different and wonderful way amid joy with her family who was with her .
The match ended with Tottenham's victory over Watford with a free goal in the match that brought the two teams together in the 21st round of the English Premier League, and Son Heung was awarded the Asian Player of the Year award for the year 2021, for the fifth time in a row and the seventh in its history.
Son Heung-min also scored 22 goals with Tottenham in all competitions during the 2020-2021 season, in addition to 4 goals with South Korea during 2021 in the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.
