Hagström had a lead-heavy day and went in as 62nd while Kalla took a small distance step forward and became 16th just before Louise Lindström who became 18th.

- It was a nightmare, it was so hard (surface) that my legs could not handle it.

It felt like I went around and went threshold, the bone membranes were what put a stop, Hagström says to SVT Sport.

She gave up during the last lap to have the strength for tomorrow's sprint, which suits her much better.

- On the last lap, I felt that I did not have to go all the way because I have a day tomorrow, even though getting a good overall position in the tour probably disappeared today.

I can laugh at that.

Not clear who gets the last dam place

Before the tour, there was talk that one of the Olympic venues was between Dyvik and Hagström, even though it is not known how the national team management resonates.

Cold has no given place in the current situation either.

When Dyvik got the Olympic ticket even before the two sprints of the tour were completed, it came as a shock to Hagström.

- It's just what came to my mind and it has not given me the best charge, really, says a concerned Hagström.

You have received a lot of love and support on Instagram.

- I'm almost a little moved.

There are so many who have heard of it and it means a lot. It's so nice, there are so many nice people out there, says Hagström while a tear runs down the mouthguard.

- Thank you all, it feels so much better when you hear from you.

It means so much, says Hagström.
