The voting for the junior category of the eleventh session of the "Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Sports Creativity" will conclude at 12:00 tomorrow night.
The process of mass voting for their emerging athletes with outstanding achievements continued for two months through the Dubai Sports Channel, the website and the mbrawards smart application, and the public will be able to support their athletes with more votes during the remaining hours of tomorrow, Friday, until the voting closes at midnight.
Six young, creative Emirati athletes who have achieved great international achievements, who were nominated by the award’s board of trustees headed by Mattar Al Tayer, and were chosen by the jury to reach the final stage, which is the audience’s vote according to their distinguished global achievements, will be divided into equal parts for the results of the audience vote and the jury’s decision The six athletes will be honored during the closing ceremony on January 9, 2022, according to the final arrangement of the arbitration results and the audience's vote via Dubai Sports Channel and the award's smart application.
Every athlete and every fan strives to take first place in the vote based on his achievements and the public's desire to support him, as the eleventh session witnessed a wide participation of the public in the country to support the young athletes and favor their athletes, which is the largest participation in all sessions of the award.
The six juniors who will be voted on are: endurance sports star Hamad Saeed bin Ham Al Ameri, jiu-jitsu champion Saif Jassim Al Mansouri, and gymnast Al Yazia Tariq Abdul Salam, as well as karate champion Salwa Ahmed Al Mansouri, and swimming star Youssef Rashid Al Matrooshi.
