20-year-old Frida Westman received an Olympic ticket before Christmas.

She thus becomes the first Swedish female ski jumper to compete in the Olympic Games.

But after a person close to Westman tested positive for covid-19, the plans may be redirected before the championship.

Instead of competing in the restart of the World Cup in Ljubno, Slovenia, she will train at home.

- It is clear that I would have liked to go there, but you can only use it to train even more.

You have to see it from the positive, that I get more training and get to train on even more details.

So I try to see it as a positive thing for me, she says to SVT Sport.

The 20-year-old from Örnsköldsvik made his debut in the World Cup this season and has, among other things, taken 13th place in Lillehammer.
