Wang Xingju was able to sell hundreds of bowls of bean curd every day at the Shennongjia venue for the 8th National Volkswagen Ice and Snow Season. She said: "The snow field makes the days warmer!"

According to reports, every snow season, the ski resort will hire a large number of temporary workers to perform service guarantees and other tasks. The vast majority of them come from the villages and towns surrounding Shennongjia and earn more than 5,000 yuan a month.

　　Guan Junhua, a student of Three Gorges University, is a native of Shennongjia. With the operation of major ski resorts in Shennongjia in recent years, he passed the qualification examination and used his vacation to work as a coach in the ski resort.

He said: "Snow is coming, roads are coming, and specialty industries are being developed. Ski enthusiasts everywhere not only bring considerable income to the ski resorts, but also bring economic benefits to the hotels, accommodations, and catering industries in their hometowns." He said that after graduation, he will return to his hometown to develop and contribute to the economic construction of his hometown.
