The pioneers of social networking sites widely circulated a controversial tweet by an Algerian parliamentarian, in which he published a photo of him with his country’s national team player, Hussein bin Ayada, after the crowning of the Arab Cup, which was held recently in Qatar, after defeating Tunisia 2-0 in the final, and caused a stir. The Tunisian public was angry, who considered the photo a provocation to their feelings.

The Algerian MP Qadah Najadi appeared in the photo holding the neck of Ben Ayada, from which he understood that he was mocking the scene that took place during the final match when the Algerian player grabbed the neck of the Tunisian player Hannibal Al-Majbri!

The Tunisian and Arab public commented on the photo as "inappropriate and incites hatred", criticizing such behavior, especially that the relationship between the fans of the two countries is too strong for any football scene to offend them.

The Algerian newspaper Al-Shorouk quoted MP Nejadi on his Facebook post, apologizing for what happened to him, as he said: "We apologize to our Tunisian brothers over the photo, as it was a joke with the player Hussein bin Ayada, and it is not aimed at any sedition, the Tunisian people and the Algerian people Khuwa Khuwa, as we say colloquially."

He added: "Therefore, I repeat my apologies to the player Hannibal and to the brotherly Tunisian people. Despite the attacks of some Tunisian brothers on my official page, I was not angry because I was the one who unintentionally provoked them. I hope you will accept my apology."

It is noteworthy that Hussein bin Ayada apologized to the player Hannibal Al-Majbri, after his assault on him in the Arab Cup final, and this was evident through the brotherly photo he posted on his account on "Instagram".
