The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS), based in Leipzig, Germany, has announced the perfect line-up for the best African players for the current year 2021.

The squad of the best in the African continent does not include any professional player outside Europe except the Tunisian star Ali Maaloul, the left back of the Egyptian Al-Ahly club, the culmination of his successful career with his country and Al-Ahly.

In addition to Maaloul, there are 3 of the most prominent Arab stars throughout history: the Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool star, the Algerian Riyad Mahrez, the Manchester City star, and the Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi, the French star of Paris Saint-Germain.
