The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed to report on all the circumstances of the incident, as well as to petition the supervisory authorities to transfer the inspection materials from the police to the investigative bodies of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow, the press service of the Investigative Committee reports.
