Louise Hansson is the second fastest in the world in the 100 meter butterfly this year and is a big medal jump for Sweden in the branch during the upcoming short track world championships in Abu Dhabi.

But while that branch is only later during the championship, Louise Hansson steps into the action already on the premiere day tomorrow, when there is a 100 meter backstroke.

- It's going to be great fun.

There have only been 100 butterflies and team caps in recent years for me, so it's fun to put in a few more individual races here, Hansson says to SVT Sport.

Has double Swedish records

The 25-year-old has swum 100 meters backstroke once this season and then it became a Swedish record both in that branch and also in the half distance.

But at the World Cup, the goal is to reach the final in the first place.

- It's quite nice to go in and maybe not have very high expectations and a lot of pressure on oneself.

I have only swum it once this season, but it went very well.

I hope to be able to do a similar race and then hopefully take me on to the final.

That is probably the goal tomorrow.

Of the individual disciplines, Louise Hansson will swim 100 meters backstroke, 50 meters backstroke and 100 meters butterfly during the championship.
