Frölunda has two straight CHL titles.

After 5-2 in the first meeting, it was enough with 3-3 at home for Frölunda to beat Leksand and advance to the CHL semifinals.
However, Leksand made several attempts to turn the quarterfinals around.
Mikael Ruohomaa gave Leksand the lead early in the first period.
But star Ryan Lasch responded before the first period was over.
Leksand would then take the lead twice before the match was over.
But Frölunda answered twice and the match ended 3-3.
The result means that you are ready for the CHL semifinals.
There they face Swedish opposition in the form of Rögle.
