Kläbo was almost a little bad out in the quarterfinals.

Before the last descent, he was only four.

But a few strengths later and a well-taken curve, he was suddenly first and number one in the finish.

- It is a show every time Kläbo is on the competition track, says SVT Sports expert Anders Blomquist.

In the final, he probably did not surprise many when he thundered forward in the riot and more or less unthreatened took home the victory.

Anton Persson's best competition in his career

For the Swedish part, it was Anton Persson who performed best.

Seventh place in the qualifiers and the only Swedish champion to advance to the semifinals.

There, however, it stopped where he came fourth in his heat.

In total, it was still Persson's best World Cup competition when he made it into the top-10.

- It worked really well, worked well at high altitude.

It is a step in the right direction for him, says SVT Sports Anders Blomquist.

- It's absolutely wonderful just that the prologue went so well.

It's just a matter of continuing to strive for even better placements, says Anton Persson.

What do you think about the Olympics?

- I do not know.

I have not talked much with them.

It was an important race today, so we'll see how it goes.
