Director Kenta Hasegawa resigned in the middle of the season and was looking for a replacement, but it was decided that Mr. Albel, who led J2's Albirex, will take office for two years until this season.
Arbel is 53 years old from Spain.
He was in charge of the training division in Barcelona, the first division of Spain, and has been the head coach of the American club team, and has been the coach of Albirex since last season.
