The procedures for participating in the Dubai Grand Prix for Powerboats (X-Cat), the second and final round of the 2021 World Championships, organized by the Dubai International Marine Club with the participation of 12 boats, will compete for the first places and crown the season title.

Today, on the beaches of Jumeirah, the roar of the engines rises, after the participating boats landed for the first time on the waters of the Arabian Gulf in order to test the engines, and get to know the course and the race track, as the length of one race lap reaches 3.5 nautical miles, while the long lap distance will be four nautical miles .

For his part, a member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai International Marine Sports Club, Chairman of the Sports Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Rashid Al Muhairi, welcomed all participants in the major global event, which returns to the club’s calendar of activities, after an absence of one year, as the club continues its pioneering role in organizing Hosting major world championships.

Al-Muhairi said, in a press statement, that "all preparations have been completed for the start of the competitions, as the competition will intensify in the Jumeirah Sea from tomorrow until the afternoon of next Saturday, through the various stages, which include several stages for the best time and president."
