Already yesterday, the team management knew that Olle Jonsson would go home and leave three skiers left in the second team.

The team could not be "filled in" but it required skiers who lined up in the competitions in Lillehammer to participate.

- It was I who asked the question to "Högan" (coach Anders Högberg) about what it looked like with a second team because we are still three guys here.

If we could line up with three guys and not go to the finish line and that was okay.

When you are here, you always want to compete.

We were fully aware of that, says Fredrik Andersson who was 13th, only 0.4 behind Fredrik Jonsson in the first team.

They were 27 seconds behind leading Norway 1 - which then won the relay.

In the TV broadcast, the Swedish times were included for the second team while they were quickly removed from the Fis app.

Fredrik Andersson switched to George Ersson, who lost big and was not even included in the TV graphics, and then finished with Johan Herbert, far from the TV pictures.

- It was fun to be able to compete.

I was the one who hatched the idea.

Everyone is happy with the set-up, Fredrik Andersson explains.
