The final of the Japan Handball Men's Championship was held, and Toyoda Gosei defeated Osaki Electric to win the championship for the second time in a row.

The final of the Japan Championships for Handball Men was held in Sakai City, Osaka on the 5th, and it was the same meeting as last year with Toyoda Gosei aiming for the second consecutive victory and Osaki Denki aiming for the first victory in two years.



In the first half of the game, Toyoda Gosei took the pace with haste from a solid defense, leading 14-8 and 6 points.



In the second half, Osaki Electric temporarily closed up to a two-point difference, but in the end Toyoda Gosei scored a goal and won 30 to 24, winning the third championship for the second consecutive year.



Takumi Nakamura of Toyoda Gosei said, "I'm very happy. I was very nervous in the match that took two consecutive victories, but I was able to fight with the whole team as a challenger."
