The meeting lasted 49 minutes and ended with a score of 6: 4, 6: 0 in favor of the fifth racket of the world.

The 24-year-old Russians surpassed the opponent in all respects: the percentage of hits on the first serve was 69% versus 51%, while Andrey won 22 of 24 goals in the first serve (92% versus 59% for the opponent).

At the reception, he also surpassed his opponent, having realized four break points and taking 21 draws out of 43. Rublev also filed seven times right through.  

Thus, Russia took the lead in the confrontation with Germany.
