According to Zhao Weidong, Director of the Press and Propaganda Department of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, there are two ways for registered personnel to exit the closed loop after the game.
First, for those registered after the Beijing Winter Olympics who will return after the game, within 48 hours before departure, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee will provide them with nucleic acid testing services and issue certificates for their international travel needs.
The relevant team will assist the outbound personnel to complete the health declaration process within 24 hours of leaving China.
Registrants who are still working or living in China after the game will be quarantined collectively according to the situation, and they can leave the closed loop only after the quarantine period expires.
The time of quarantine is based on the work scene and judged by experts to ensure the safety of epidemic prevention in China.
