With profile signings such as Carl Söderberg, Magnus Pääjärvi and a returning Fredrik Händemark, expectations have been high in Malmö this season.

But on the ice, it does not work at all for Malmö.

The bottom meeting against Timrå was further proof of that.

Malmö went on an early setback goal but two quick replies ensured that Malmö took the lead.

In the middle period, however, the landslide came for the weak Skåne team.

Timrå scored three unanswered goals and went from 4-2 before the last period.

- The introduction to others puts sticks in the wheel for us, to say the least, says Malmö's coach Joakim Fagervall in C More.

Admittedly, it got a little better for Malmö in the third period.

Goals, however, were not and Timrå won 4-2.

Thus, the roles for the team are reversed.

Timrå was in a deep slump earlier this autumn with twelve straight losses but has six victories in its last seven matches and is now on the same score, 25, as Malmö.

- It has taken some time, but we are on the right track, says Timrå's coach Fredrik Andersson in C More.

It is also noteworthy that more than half of the match was played with only three referees on the ice.

This after Sören Persson fell in the second period and was forced to cancel.
