For the third race in a row, Elvira Öberg was fastest in the track when Thursday's sprint took place in Östersund.

The speed in the track, despite two barriers, was enough for a second place.

Hanna Öberg, also two booms, was 34.5 seconds behind Elvira in goal.

- I think there is a lot of positive that I take with me.

Even though I shot two booms and came eleven with it, I think it's pretty good.

I feel that I have a stable form of riding right now that gives me good conditions to make good results, says Hanna Öberg to SVT before Saturday's hunt start.

Hanna gets to hunt

Now big sister Hanna gets to hunt in Saturday's hunt start.

Elvira comes out second, 13 seconds up to Lisa Therese Hauser, and 31 seconds down to Hanna.

- She really shows that it is not a one-time event when she has now had the fastest ride three races in a row.

It's really strong.

I try my best not to leave too many seconds up to her.

I usually thrive in hunting position so I am really looking forward to the competition tomorrow.

I will try to stay focused in the middle of the shooting range, I think that will be the most important thing, says Hanna.

Elvira rides at the same time with great self-confidence after proving herself time and time again on the track.

- Self-confidence means that I can trust what I do and not think or stress.

I know that when I ski I go fast and then I do not have to think, says Elvira.

”Tuff bana”

Elvira Öberg finishes second and is thus best placed Swedish ahead.

Linn Persson goes out as seventh, 34 seconds behind Hauser.

But if Elvira Öberg keeps the shooting together, it looks promising for a new podium for the 22-year-old.

- It will be great fun.

I like the track we ride.

Shooting is most important, it is where it will be decided.

It's a tough course too, so I think it's to my advantage, says Elvira.
