In mid-2020, Madelen Janogy broke his contract with Wolfsburg after almost six months at the club.

Afterwards, she said that she struggled with mental illness and the choice of club eventually fell on Hammarby in order to be close to the family.

Today she is back in the national team and is successful in the Stockholm club.

She has just finished a season that is purposefully her best in her career.

She attributes much to her twin sister, Victoria Janogy, who had a hand in the game when Madelen ended her adventure abroad and returned home to Sweden.

"She means everything"

In the interview, she is also surprised by a greeting from her twin sister and is noticeably moved.

- She means everything to me.

Now I get emotional too, says Janogy and gathers.

- Without her, I would not have been where I am today.

I can not describe how much she means to me.

Having a twin is the best thing there is and we have experienced so much together.

My success is just as much hers.

I would never have sat here or come to Bajen if it were not for the fact that she had been there for me.
