According to TASS, the Chinese Foreign Ministry is confident that the 2022 Olympic Games will go smoothly and successfully, despite the difficulties caused by the spread of the omicron strain.

The Beijing Winter Olympics are scheduled to be held from 4 to 20 February 2022.
