The statement accompanying the picture shows that the LED screen next to the game venue No. 1 has been typed in English "ITTF opposes racial discrimination".
Earlier in the 2021 Houston World Table Tennis Championships Men's Singles 1/8 final match between Chinese player Liang Jingkun and England player Pitchford, a white man on the sidelines was suspected of shouting racist slogans.
