19-year-old Swedish rookie success Lucas Raymond scored his ninth goal of the season.

26 seconds into overtime, he pushed the puck past Buffalo goalkeeper Dustin Tokarski.

Swedish colleague Rasmus Dahlin tried to cover, but could not stop Raymond's finish.

- When I looked up, I saw more of Rasmus Dahlin than the goal, says Lucas Raymond after the match.

But Dahlin could only watch as Raymond thundered into the victory puck at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

- I should have had that puck.

I saw it all the way.

If I had made that save, we would have had the chance to take both points, said Buffalo goalkeeper Dustin Tokarski.

Basic current two-goal shooter

Carl Grundström struck at the right time.

When he scored right for the first time in his NHL career, it meant victory for his Los Angeles Kings, 4-2 at home against Ottawa.

When Carl Grundström stepped out of the penalty box and immediately got the puck, he came free from the blue line and could easily put the puck in the open goal.

There was then just over half a minute left in the game against Ottawa, and the Kings led 4-2.

But if the decisive goal was indisputable, there was more fuss about his first full hit, to 2-1 in the middle of the match.

Anze Kopitar found Grundström in front of goal, the Swede tried to put the puck right but missed the shot.

He seemed to unconsciously steer the puck towards the goal with his knee.

With hill Zach Sanford in the back, Grundström collided with Ottawa goalkeeper Filip Gustavsson and the puck slid into goal.

Only after video review and some turbulence was the goal approved.

Before that, another Swede, Viktor Arvidsson, had started the shooting.

In numerical superiority, he steered 1-0 to Los Angeles five minutes into the game.

And a third Swede, Alexander Edler, later passed to Arthur Kaliyev, who made it 3-1.

The victory was long-awaited for Los Angeles, which did not win in five straight games.

Columbus' Adam Boqvist also became a two-goal scorer, the day after scoring a goal in the team's victory against Vancouver.

However, the night's two full hits were not enough for victory, Columbus lost 3-6 away against St Louis.
