Ahead of the upcoming Olympic season, Hanna Öberg has worked even more closely than before with nutritional physiologist Linda Bakkman, who is a dietician for the Swedish Olympic Committee, to deal with the energy shortage she has had during periods.

SVT's Lotta Fahlberg has followed the biathlete closely before the season.

- I do not think it needs to be a bigger taboo to have problems getting energy than to have a sprained foot, says Hanna Öberg.

- I understand that it may be so for some and that there is another aspect to it all.

But I do not think it has to be that way.

Hanna Öberg and Linda Bakkman have laid out a new plan for the season so that she will have enough energy.

- I thought it was good during the Summer Olympics when more athletes started talking about their mental health and the challenges they face and that it becomes more accepted.

Tomorrow Saturday at 06.00, the series about energy shortages will be released on SVT Play.
