Fifteen years later, Lille has never been so close to finding the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Second in group G with five points, the northern club challenges the Austrians of Salzburg, leader in the standings (seven points).

If successful, the reigning French champion would take a good option in qualifying and at least make sure to play in the Europa League in the spring.

But to get there, the Losc will have to put on a different face than the one it displays in the league where the men of Gourvennec (12th) remain in five games without a win.
