Today, the 21-year-old Emirati champion Omar Al-Fadhli won the gold medal in the professional competitions of the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship for the 62 kg category, just 8 days after winning and obtaining the gold of the same weight in the world championship that was held in Abu Dhabi, and concluded its competitions last week.

With this achievement, Omar Al-Fadhli becomes the youngest player in the UAE, the Gulf region, the Arab countries and the Middle East to reach the black belt.

After receiving the medal, Abdel Moneim Al Hashimi, President of the UAE and Asian Federations, First Vice President of the International Federation, accompanied by Brazilian coach Ramon Lemos, coach of the national team, imitated him the black belt on the podium, in the presence of international representative Stephan Segal.
