Amina Dashti told "Emirates Today": "The great support from the Game Federation was behind giving me the opportunity to enter the world of arbitration, and gradually rise until I got the international badge, whether in 2018 at the level of (kata), or in 2019 at the level of (kumite), Before I succeeded the day before yesterday in passing the International Federation tests in the referee promotion course, which was held on the sidelines of the Dubai World Cup, by obtaining the badge (A-level judge), which opened the wide door to my presence among the refereeing teams in the Dubai Championship, and achieving the achievement of the first Emirati referee And a Gulf Arab in the history of karate, who manages matches in the World Cup finals.”

She explained: "The encouragement of the President of the UAE and Asian Federations, the First Vice President of the International Federation, Major General Nasser Al-Razouki, and the great support he always provides to the players of the state, was behind my entering the world of arbitration from the wide door, as the international emblem in (Kata) came during the hosting of Dubai For the World League (Premier League) 2018, before heading to Jordan the following year to obtain the Asian badge during the continental championship, which facilitated my task in gaining experience in managing local competitions, so that the Federation of the Game continued its support for the Emirati arbitration teams, by nominating four referees, including me, to compete The referees course, which was held between the 11th and 15th of this month on the sidelines of the Dubai World Cup, in a step that gave me the opportunity to succeed and obtain a badge (a judge of level A), and join the teams of the referees of the World Cup Dubai.”

She added, "My nomination by the UAE Federation for the continuous presence in the tournaments that are held on the sidelines of the continental, and then international, championships, was behind my ability to achieve this achievement."

She concluded: "My ambitions are great, and I look forward to reflecting the bright image of Emirati women, by becoming the first wise woman in the region to succeed in managing matches in the 2024 French Olympics."
