"Almost a year has passed since I had my concussion and since I still can not cope with a normal everyday life, I have decided to end my hockey career," he writes on Facebook.

It was in November last year that Sundh hit his head in the ice in connection with tackling during a match against Örebro.

He became unconscious and was taken to hospital with a concussion.

35-year-old Sundh has not played any matches since then.
